When we began preparing for our SEMTA audit, I thought it would simply be about organizing what we were already doing.
Instead, it became an opportunity to look at our business from a completely different perspective.
From employee wellbeing and workplace safety to environmental management and daily operations, the process encouraged us to review every detail and challenged us to ask one simple question
"How can we do better?"
Some areas confirmed that we were on the right path. Others revealed opportunities we had never noticed before.
I've come to realize that the true value of SMETA is not the audit itself, but the mindset of continuous improvement it inspires.
There is no perfect company - only companies willing to keep improving.
For us at ProWell, this journey is about much more than meeting customer expectations. It's about building a stronger business, creating a better workplace, and taking greater responsibility for the people and the environment around us.
